FEATURES
- The 920B has a new electronic controller for programming right or left
core rotation and shuttle speed, and sector winding with deceleration and stop
on exact turns count. It also has variable wire spacing control.
- Push button start and stop controls or operation by variable speed foot
pedal.
- A jockey stick core positioner with position lock moves the whole core
rotator assembly to avoid the shuttle touching the coil I.D.
- Bi-directional core rotation jog lever.
- Winding speeds to 2000 turns per minute.
ACCESSORIES
There are three Winding Heads available for the 920B. All three winding
heads are combination slider and belt tension heads. The 8" head uses
combination shuttles with belt tension on one side, and side slider wire tension
on the other.
33 sizes of shuttles give a wide range of coil sizes from .055" I.D. to
6" O.D., and wire sizes from #46 to #16 AWG.
There are three sizes of core rotator assemblies including a new heavy duty
core holder for the 8" shuttles and the taping head with coils up to 6"
O.D.
The taping head takes tapes from 3/8" to 3/4" wide or from 10 to
20mm. A high number of preset turn counts are available (over fourty).
Automatic, progressive bank winding or sector winding by microprocessor. A
3/4 HP SCR controlled DC motor with dynamic braking. Power required: 115 or 220
volts AC 50/60 HZ, single phase.
