HEATING CLEANING OVENS

    BAYCO BB Series Ovens
Bayco's lne of BB Series cart-loaded heat cleaning ovens includes 18 models designed for the thermal cleaning of combustible hydrocarbon-based materials from non-combustible parts and components. Medium size ovens and larger custom sizes are available. All models are designed for less than 4 hour total cycle of heatup, heat cleaning and cool down of typical loads as outlined in the specifications.

    Heat Cleaning Benefits Include:

    Construction
The oven is fabricated of hot rolled 12-gauge steel, welded to a steel framework of 3" channels. Steel work is finished with two coats of 400°F heat resisting paint, inside and out.
All chamber walls are lined with high temperature ceramic board of refractory is anchored to a steel framework with stainless anchors.
Hinged swing-out front doors are lined with 2300°F ceramic board and are equipped with cam type safety locking latched. Cart tracks are embedded in the refractory floor. Rail extensions, which may remain in place at all times, are provided.
The self-supporting stack is designed to provide natural draft operation. It is fully lined with 2000°F castable refractory. An exhaust blower is not necessary.

    Burners
Both gas burners are independently equipped with a blower, pilot, and spark ignition system. Individual ultra violet electronic safety systems shut down the burners in the event of gas, electric or flame failure. Standard burners may be used with LPG with only an orfice change.

    Controls
The oven is controlled by a thermocouple in the main chanber, operating and indicating pyrometer equipped with two adjustable set points. The pyrometer high set point operates the primary burner. The lowset point operates the afterburnerover smoke generation temperatures.
An adjustable 0-12 hour cycle timer shuts the system down on completion of burnout. All ovens have a seperate backup primary chamber excess temperature control. BB-150 and larger ovens have a second excess temperature control mounted in the stack.
Over Temperature Suppression by water fog injection is standard equipment. Control is by a seperate temperature control. This system insures protection of components from temperature rise caused by epoxy or other self oxidizing materials.

    Installation
Each oven is shipped completely assembled, with burners, gas manifolds and all electrical manifolds complete. Installation onvolves setting the oven, setting the stack, and connecting utilities.
